摘 要
随着建筑行业快速发展,施工技术的革新已成为提升工程质量和效率的关键因素。本研究以建筑工程施工中的新技术应用与推广为切入点,旨在探索如何通过技术创新优化施工流程并推动行业可持续发展。研究基于文献分析和案例调查,选取了BIM技术、智能建造设备以及绿色施工技术作为重点分析对象,结合实际工程项目数据,采用定量与定性相结合的方法评估其应用效果及推广潜力。结果表明,BIM技术显著提高了项目管理效率和协同能力,智能建造设备有效降低了人工成本并提升了施工精度,而绿色施工技术则在节能减排方面表现出色。此外,研究还发现制约新技术推广的主要因素包括初期投入高、技术标准不完善以及从业人员技能不足等问题。为此,本文提出了政策支持、人才培养和技术标准化等多维度解决方案。本研究的创新点在于将技术应用效果与推广障碍有机结合,并通过系统化分析为行业提供了可操作性强的建议,为促进建筑工程施工技术的全面升级和广泛应用奠定了理论基础。研究成果对提高建筑行业技术水平、降低成本以及实现绿色发展具有重要参考价值。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the construction industry, the innovation of construction technology has become a key factor in enhancing engineering quality and efficiency. This study focuses on the application and promotion of new technologies in building construction, aiming to explore how technological innovation can optimize construction processes and promote sustainable industry development. Based on literature analysis and case investigations, this research selects BIM technology, intelligent construction equipment, and green construction technology as key ob jects for analysis. By integrating actual project data, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is employed to evaluate their application effects and promotion potential. The results indicate that BIM technology significantly improves project management efficiency and collaboration capabilities, intelligent construction equipment effectively reduces labor costs while enhancing construction accuracy, and green construction technology demonstrates excellent performance in energy conservation and emission reduction. Additionally, the study identifies major factors constraining the promotion of new technologies, including high initial investment, incomplete technical standards, and insufficient skills among practitioners. In response, this paper proposes multi-dimensional solutions such as policy support, talent cultivation, and technical standardization. The innovation of this study lies in its integration of technology application effects with promotion barriers, providing the industry with highly operational recommendations through systematic analysis, thereby laying a theoretical foundation for the comprehensive upgrade and widespread application of construction technologies. The research findings have significant reference value for improving the technical level of the construction industry, reducing costs, and achieving green development.
