摘 要
随着建筑行业市场竞争日益激烈以及工程项目复杂度的提升,施工合同管理中的风险问题逐渐成为影响项目成功实施的关键因素。本研究旨在系统分析施工合同管理中的风险识别与防范措施,以降低合同履行过程中的不确定性并提高项目管理水平。研究基于国内外相关理论与实践案例,综合运用文献分析法、案例研究法和专家访谈法,对施工合同管理中常见的风险类型进行分类梳理,并构建了风险评估指标体系。通过实证分析发现,信息不对称、条款模糊及外部环境变化是导致合同风险的主要原因。在此基础上,本文提出了涵盖事前预防、事中控制和事后补救的全方位风险防范策略,强调合同签订阶段的精细化管理和履约过程中的动态监控。研究创新点在于将大数据分析技术引入风险评估环节,提升了风险预测的准确性和及时性,同时结合实际需求设计了可操作性强的风险应对方案。研究成果为建筑企业提供了科学的决策支持,有助于优化资源配置、减少经济损失并增强企业的市场竞争力。

ABSTRACT
With the increasing intensity of market competition in the construction industry and the rising complexity of engineering projects, risk issues in construction contract management have gradually become a critical factor affecting the successful implementation of projects. This study aims to systematically analyze risk identification and prevention measures in construction contract management to reduce uncertainties during contract execution and enhance project management levels. Based on relevant theories and practical cases both domestically and internationally, this research employs a combination of literature analysis, case study methods, and expert interviews to categorize common risk types in construction contract management and constructs a risk evaluation indicator system. Empirical analysis reveals that information asymmetry, ambiguous clauses, and changes in external environments are the primary causes of contract risks. On this basis, this paper proposes an all-round risk prevention strategy covering pre-event prevention, mid-process control, and post-event remediation, emphasizing refined management during the contract signing phase and dynamic monitoring throughout the fulfillment process. The innovation of this study lies in integrating big data analytics into the risk assessment phase, thereby improving the accuracy and timeliness of risk prediction. Additionally, it designs highly operational risk response plans tailored to practical needs. The research findings provide scientific decision-making support for construction enterprises, contributing to optimized resource allocation, reduced economic losses, and enhanced market competitiveness.
