摘 要
共同富裕作为新时代中国社会发展的核心目标之一,为社会工作提供了新的实践方向与理论空间。本研究基于共同富裕的政策背景和社会需求,探讨社会工作在促进共同富裕中的参与路径及其作用机制。社会工作能够通过精准识别需求、整合多方资源以及推动可持续发展,有效助力共同富裕目标的实现。研究发现,社会工作的专业化服务模式与共同富裕的价值理念高度契合,特别是在缩小城乡差距、区域差距和群体差距方面具有显著优势。本文的创新点在于提出了“多层次嵌入式社会工作参与框架”,强调从个体、社区和社会三个层面协同推进共同富裕。这一框架不仅丰富了社会工作理论体系,也为相关政策制定和实践探索提供了重要参考,从而为实现更加公平、包容的社会发展目标贡献了专业智慧。

Participatory Pathways of Social Work Under the Goal of Common Prosperity

Abstract
Common prosperity, as one of the core goals of China's social development in the new era, provides a new practical direction and theoretical space for social work. Based on the policy background and social needs of common prosperity, this study explores the participation path and mechanism of social work in promoting common prosperity. Social work can effectively contribute to the realization of common prosperity by accurately identifying needs, integrating multiple resources and promoting sustainable development. It is found that the professional service model of social work is highly consistent with the value concept of common prosperity, and has significant advantages in narrowing the urban-rural gap, regional gap and group gap. The innovation point of this paper is that it puts forward a "multi-level embedded social work participation fr amework", emphasizing the coordinated promotion of common prosperity from the three levels of individual, community and society. This fr amework not only enriches the theoretical system of social work, but also provides an important reference for relevant policy formulation and practical exploration, thus contributing professional wisdom to achieving the goal of a more equitable and inclusive society.
