退役军人社会适应问题的社会工作服务路径 -社会工作专业

摘要

退役军人的社会适应问题是我国社会转型期的重要议题，其顺利融入社会不仅关系到个体发展，也影响社会稳定与国防建设。本研究以社会工作理论为指导，结合退役军人的实际需求，探讨了社会工作服务在促进退役军人社会适应中的作用路径。退役军人在社会适应过程中面临身份认同、职业转换和社会支持网络重建等多重困境，而社会工作服务能够通过个性化干预、资源整合和心理支持有效缓解这些问题。本研究创新性地提出了“多维联动服务模式”，强调政府、社区和社会组织的协同合作，为退役军人提供全方位的支持体系。这一模式不仅提升了社会工作的专业效能，也为相关政策制定提供了实践参考。研究表明，社会工作服务在退役军人社会适应中具有不可替代的作用，其专业化和系统化发展对推动退役军人融入社会具有重要意义。

Abstract

The social adaptation of retired soldiers is an important issue in the social transformation period of our country. Their smooth integration into society not only affects individual development, but also affects social stability and national defense construction. Guided by social work theory and combined with the actual needs of ex-servicemen, this study discusses the role of social work services in promoting the social adaptation of ex-servicemen. In the process of social adaptation, veterans are faced with multiple difficulties, such as identity, career transition and social support network reconstruction, and social work services can effectively alleviate these problems through personalized intervention, resource integration and psychological support. This study innovatively proposed a "multi-dimensional linkage service model", emphasizing the collaboration of government, community and social organizations to provide a comprehensive support system for veterans. This model not only improves the professional efficiency of social work, but also provides practical reference for relevant policy making. The research shows that social work service plays an irreplaceable role in the social adaptation of ex-servicemen, and its professional and systematic development is of great significance to promote the integration of ex-servicemen into society.
