共建共治共享理念下社区社会工作模式创新 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着社会治理现代化的推进，共建共治共享理念逐渐成为优化社区治理的重要指导思想，但传统社区社会工作模式在应对复杂社会需求时面临诸多挑战，亟需创新以适应新时代要求。本研究旨在探索基于共建共治共享理念的社区社会工作模式创新路径，通过系统分析现有模式的不足及潜在改进空间，提出更具针对性和实效性的解决方案。当前社区社会工作存在主体参与不足、资源整合效率低下及服务精准性欠缺等问题，而基于共建共治共享理念的创新模式能够有效弥补上述短板，通过构建多元主体协同机制、优化资源配置体系以及强化技术赋能手段，显著提升社区社会工作的效能与可持续性，该创新模式不仅增强了居民的参与感与获得感，还为社区治理能力现代化提供了新思路，对推动社会治理体系完善具有重要理论价值与实践意义。

Abstract

With the advancement of the modernization of social governance, the concept of co-construction, co-governance and sharing has gradually become an important guiding ideology for optimizing community governance. However, the traditional community social work model faces many challenges when dealing with complex social needs, and it needs to be innovated to meet the requirements of the new era. This study aims to explore the innovation path of community social work model based on the concept of co-construction, co-governance and sharing, and propose more targeted and effective solutions through systematic analysis of the shortcomings and potential improvement space of the existing model. At present, there are problems in community social work, such as insufficient participation of subjects, low efficiency of resource integration and lack of service accuracy. However, the innovation model based on the concept of co-construction, co-governance and sharing can effectively make up for the above shortcomings. By building a multi-subject collaboration mechanism, optimizing resource allocation system and strengthening technical empowerment means, the efficiency and sustainability of community social work can be significantly improved. This innovative model not only enhances the sense of participation and acquisition of residents, but also provides a new idea for the modernization of community governance capacity, which has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the improvement of social governance system.
