赋权理论在女性反贫困社会工作中的路径研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

赋权理论作为社会工作领域的重要理论框架，为解决女性贫困问题提供了新的视角。本研究基于中国社会转型期的背景，探讨赋权理论在女性反贫困社会工作中的具体路径及其实践效果。赋权路径的有效性依赖于多维度的支持体系，包括政策支持、社区资源动员以及个体能力建设。通过社会工作者的介入，女性在经济独立、社会关系重构及心理资本积累等方面均取得显著进步。本研究的创新点在于将赋权理论与本土化实践相结合，提出了“多层次赋权模型”，强调个体、家庭与社区层面的协同作用。这一模型不仅丰富了赋权理论的应用场景，也为女性反贫困社会工作的开展提供了可操作的理论工具和实践指南，对推动性别平等和社会公平具有重要参考价值。

Empowerment Theory in the Pathways of Women's Anti-Poverty Social Work

Abstract

As an important theoretical fr amework in the field of social work, empowerment theory provides a new perspective to solve the problem of female poverty. Based on the background of China's social transition period, this study explores the specific path and practical effect of empowerment theory in women's anti-poverty social work. The effectiveness of the empowerment pathway depends on a multi-dimensional support system, including policy support, community resource mobilization, and individual capacity building. Through the intervention of social workers, women have made remarkable progress in economic independence, reconstruction of social relations and accumulation of psychological capital. The innovation of this study is to combine the empowerment theory with the localization practice, and propose a "multi-level empowerment model", emphasizing the synergistic effect at the individual, family and community levels. This model not only enrichis the application scenarios of empowerment theory, but also provides operational theoretical tools and practical guidelines for women's anti-poverty social work, and has important reference value for promoting gender equality and social equity.
