流动儿童城市适应的社会工作服务创新 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着城市化进程的加速，流动儿童的城市适应问题日益凸显，成为社会工作领域的重要研究议题本研究以流动儿童为对象，探讨其在城市环境中面临的适应挑战，并提出基于社会工作服务创新的干预策略。流动儿童在学业融入、社交网络构建以及心理调适等方面存在显著困难，这些问题与其家庭经济状况、教育资源分配不均及社会支持体系薄弱密切相关，本研究提出了一种整合性社会工作服务模式，强调社区、学校与家庭三方联动，并引入技术赋能手段，如在线辅导平台和心理健康支持系统，该模式不仅提升了流动儿童的社会适应能力，还优化了资源分配效率，具有较强的可推广性研究结论显示，通过创新社会工作服务方式，能够有效缓解流动儿童的城市适应困境，同时为相关政策制定提供了实证依据。

Innovative Social Work Services for Migrant Children's Urban Adaptation

Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization, the problem of migrant children's urban adaptation has become increasingly prominent, which has become an important research topic in the field of social work. This study takes migrant children as the ob ject, discusses their adaptation challenges in the urban environment, and proposes intervention strategies based on social work service innovation. Migrant children have significant difficulties in academic integration, social network construction and psychological adjustment, which are closely related to family economic status, uneven distribution of educational resources and weak social support system. This study proposes an integrated social work service model, emphasizing the tripartite interaction between community, school and family, and introducing technology empowerment means. Such as online tutoring platform and mental health support system, this model not only improves the social adaptability of migrant children, but also optimizes the efficiency of resource allocation. The research conclusion shows that through innovative social work service methods, migrant children's urban adaptation difficulties can be effectively alleviated, and at the same time provides empirical evidence for relevant policy formulation.
