流动人口社区融入的社会工作干预策略研究 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着我国城市化进程的快速推进，流动人口规模持续扩大，其社区融入问题已成为社会治理领域的重要议题本研究以社会工作理论为指导，结合社会支持网络、社会资本等多维视角，旨在探讨有效的社会工作干预策略以促进流动人口的社区融入。本研究提出了一套系统化的社会工作干预框架，包括建立社区支持网络、开展文化融合活动以及提供个性化服务等具体措施研究，这些干预策略显著提升了流动人口的社会资本积累和社区参与水平，有效缓解了其融入障碍。本研究的创新点在于将社会工作专业方法与流动人口社区融入实践相结合，强调微观个体需求与宏观社会结构的互动机制，为相关政策制定和社会服务优化提供了理论参考和实践路径主要贡献，体现在推动了社会工作理论在流动人口领域的应用深化，并为构建包容性社区治理模式提供了实证依据。

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of China's urbanization process, the scale of floating population continues to expand, and the problem of community integration has become an important issue in the field of social governance. This study, guided by social work theory and combined with multi-dimensional perspectives such as social support network and social capital, aims to explore effective social work intervention strategies to promote the community integration of floating population. This study proposed a set of systematic social work intervention fr amework, including the establishment of community support networks, cultural integration activities and the provision of personalized services and other specific measures. These intervention strategies have significantly improved the level of social capital accumulation and community participation of the floating population, and effectively alleviated their integration barriers. The innovation of this study is to combine the professional methods of social work with the integration of migrant population communities into practice, emphasize the interaction mechanism between micro individual needs and macro social structure, and provide theoretical reference and practical path for relevant policy formulation and social service optimization, which is reflected in promoting the deepening application of social work theory in the field of migrant population. It also provides empirical basis for building inclusive community governance model.
