摘要

韧性社区建设作为应对社会不确定性与风险挑战的重要策略，已成为社会治理现代化的关键议题。本研究基于社会工作专业视角，探讨其在韧性社区建设中的角色定位与实践路径，旨在为提升社区韧性和社会服务能力提供理论支持与实践指导。社会工作者能够通过参与社区治理、开展危机干预、推动居民参与等方式，有效促进社区韧性水平的提升。此外，本文提出了以需求为导向、以参与为核心、以协同为路径的实践框架，强调社会工作应注重跨部门合作与技术赋能，以适应复杂多变的社会环境。本研究的创新点在于明确了社会工作在韧性社区建设中的独特价值，并构建了具有可操作性的实践路径，为相关领域的理论发展与实践探索提供了重要参考。研究成果不仅有助于深化对社会工作角色的理解，也为推进韧性社区建设提供了具体可行的行动指南。

Role Positioning and Practice Pathways of Social Work in Resilient Community Building

Abstract

As an important strategy to deal with social uncertainty and risk challenges, the construction of resilient communities has become a key issue in the modernization of social governance. Based on the professional perspective of social work, this study explores its role positioning and practice path in the construction of resilient communities, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing community resilience and social service ability. Social workers can effectively improve the resilience of communities by participating in community governance, carrying out crisis intervention, and promoting residents' participation. In addition, this paper puts forward a demand-oriented, participation-centered and collaborative fr amework, emphasizing that social work should pay attention to cross-departmental cooperation and technological empowerment to adapt to the complex and changing social environment. The innovation point of this study is to clarify the unique value of social work in the construction of resilient communities, and construct an operable practice path, which provides an important reference for theoretical development and practical exploration in related fields. The research results not only help to deepen the understanding of the role of social work, but also provide concrete and feasible action guidelines for promoting the construction of resilient communities.
