摘 要
社会工作作为一门起源于西方的学科,在其本土化进程中不可避免地面临文化冲突与融合的问题。本研究以全球化背景下的社会工作实践为切入点,探讨了社会工作在中国语境中遭遇的文化适应困境及其解决路径。文化冲突主要体现在价值观差异、实践模式不匹配以及专业伦理理解的不同层面。针对这些问题,本研究提出了“文化调适”的融合策略,强调在尊重本土文化的基础上,灵活调整社会工作理论与方法的应用方式,从而实现跨文化的有效沟通与协作。此外,研究还创新性地引入了“文化嵌入式实践”框架,为社会工作者提供了一种兼具理论指导与实践操作性的工具。这一框架不仅有助于提升社会工作的适应性,也为其他领域的跨文化实践提供了参考。

Cultural Conflicts and Integration Strategies in the Localization Process of Social Work

Abstract
Social work, as a discipline originating from the West, inevitably faces the problem of cultural conflict and integration in the process of its localization. This study takes the practice of social work in the context of globalization as the starting point to explore the dilemma of acculturation encountered by social work in the Chinese context and its solution. The cultural conflict is mainly reflected in the difference of values, the mismatch of practice patterns and the different levels of professional ethics understanding. In response to these problems, this study puts forward the integration strategy of "cultural adaptation", which emphasizes the flexible adjustment of the application of social work theories and methods on the basis of respecting local culture, so as to achieve effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration. In addition, the research also innovatively introduces the "culturally embedded practice" fr amework, which provides social workers with a tool of both theoretical guidance and practical operation. This fr amework not only helps to improve the adaptability of social work, but also provides a reference for cross-cultural practice in other fields.
