社区环境治理中的公众参与与社会工作引导 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着城市化进程的加快，社区环境治理成为社会治理的重要议题，公众参与和社会工作引导在其中的作用日益凸显本研究旨在探讨公众参与在社区环境治理中的机制及其与社会工作引导之间的互动关系。公众参与在提升社区环境治理效能方面具有显著作用，但受制于制度保障不足、参与渠道有限和公众意识薄弱等问题社会工作的专业引导能够有效弥补这些短板，通过构建参与平台、优化沟通机制和提升公众能力，促进治理主体间的协同合作本研究创新性地提出了“社会工作引导下的公众参与模式”，强调以社会工作者为核心，整合多方资源，形成可持续的治理机制。这一模式不仅为社区环境治理提供了新思路，还拓展了社会工作在基层治理中的应用领域，对推动社会治理现代化具有重要理论和实践意义。

Public Participation and Social Work Guidance in Community Environmental Governance

Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization, community environmental governance has become an important issue in social governance, in which the role of public participation and social work guidance has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to explore the mechanism of public participation in community environmental governance and the interaction between it and social work guidance. Public participation plays a significant role in improving the effectiveness of community environmental governance. However, due to problems such as insufficient institutional protection, limited participation channels and weak public awareness, professional guidance of social work can effectively make up for these shortcomings by building participation platforms, optimizing communication mechanisms and enhancing public capacity. This study innovatively puts forward the "public participation model guided by social work", emphasizing social workers as the core, integrating multi-party resources, and forming a sustainable governance mechanism. This model not only provides new ideas for community environmental governance, but also expands the application field of social work in grass-roots governance, and has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the modernization of social governance.
