摘 要
校本课程开发作为现代教育改革的重要组成部分,承载着文化传承与创新的双重使命。在当前全球化与本土化交织的时代背景下,如何通过校本课程有效实现文化的代际传递与创新发展,已成为教育领域亟待解决的关键问题。本研究以文化传承与创新为核心视角,探讨校本课程开发的理论框架与实践路径。校本课程在文化传承方面能够通过地方特色资源的挖掘和多元文化内容的整合,增强学生的文化认同感;同时,在创新层面,通过跨学科融合、项目式学习等新型教学模式,激发学生批判性思维与创造力。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了一种“文化嵌入—实践转化—创新延伸”的三阶段模型,为校本课程开发提供了可操作的理论指导,并强调了教师文化素养提升与社区资源联动的重要性,从而为教育实践者提供了一条兼具本土性和前瞻性的实施路径。

Abstract
As an important part of modern education reform, the development of school-based curriculum carries the dual mission of cultural inheritance and innovation. In the current era of globalization and localization, how to effectively realize the intergenerational transmission and innovative development of culture through school-based curriculum has become a key issue to be solved in the field of education. This study takes cultural inheritance and innovation as the core perspective to explore the theoretical fr amework and practical path of school-based curriculum development. In the aspect of cultural inheritance, the school-based curriculum can enhance students' cultural identity through the mining of local characteristic resources and the integration of multi-cultural content. At the same time, at the level of innovation, through interdisciplinary integration, project-based learning and other new teaching models, students can stimulate critical thinking and creativity. The main contribution of this study is to put forward a three-stage model of "cultural embeddedness - practice transformation - innovation extension", which provides operational theoretical guidance for the development of school-based curriculum, and emphasizes the importance of the improvement of teachers' cultural literacy and the linkage of community resources, so as to provide a local and forward-looking implementation path for education practitioners.
