摘  要

  随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展,其在教育领域的广泛应用对小学教师的角色提出了新的要求与挑战。本研究旨在探讨人工智能时代小学教师角色转型的特征、困境及应对策略,以期为教师专业发展提供理论支持与实践指导。小学教师在人工智能时代的角色正从传统知识传授者向学习引导者、技术支持者和个性化教育设计者转变,但同时也面临技术适应能力不足、教学理念更新滞后以及职业认同感下降等问题。本研究创新性地提出了“技术—人本双驱动”框架,强调技术赋能与人文关怀的平衡,并通过具体案例分析验证了该框架在提升教师转型适应性方面的有效性。这一研究成果不仅丰富了教育技术与教师发展的理论内涵,也为相关政策制定提供了重要参考。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its wide application in the field of education has put forward new requirements and challenges to the role of primary school teachers. This study aims to explore the characteristics, dilemmas and coping strategies of primary school teachers' role transformation in the era of artificial intelligence, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for teachers' professional development. In the era of artificial intelligence, the role of primary school teachers is changing from traditional knowledge imparts to learning guides, technology supporters and personalized education designers, but at the same time, they also face problems such as insufficient technological adaptability, lagging teaching concept update and declining professional identity. This study innovatively puts forward the "technology-human-driven" fr amework, emphasizing the balance between technology empowerment and humanistic care, and verifies the effectiveness of this fr amework in improving teachers' transformation adaptability through a concrete case analysis. This research result not only enriches the theoretical connotation of educational technology and teacher development, but also provides an important reference for relevant policy formulation.
