摘 要
随着教育改革的深入推进,小学班主任作为学生道德成长的重要引导者,其德育能力的提升已成为当前基础教育领域关注的核心议题。本研究旨在探讨小学班主任德育能力的构成要素,并提出切实可行的提升路径。小学班主任的德育能力主要由道德认知、情感教育、行为引导和人际沟通四个维度构成。这些能力要素相互作用,共同影响班主任在德育工作中的成效。通过系统化培训、实践反思以及家校合作等策略,能够有效促进班主任德育能力的发展。本研究的创新点在于首次构建了小学班主任德育能力的四维结构模型,并提出了基于实际需求的分层培训体系,为相关教育政策的制定提供了理论依据和实践参考。

Abstract
With the deepening of education reform, as an important guide for students' moral growth, the improvement of their moral education ability has become a core issue in the field of basic education. The purpose of this study is to explore the elements of moral education ability of primary school homeroom teachers, and put forward feasible ways to improve it. The moral education ability of class teachers in primary schools mainly consists of four dimensions: moral cognition, emotional education, behavior guidance and interpersonal communication. These ability elements interact with each other and affect the effectiveness of class teachers in moral education. Through systematic training, practice reflection and home-school cooperation, we can effectively promote the development of homeroom teacher's moral education ability. The innovation of this study is that it constructs a four-dimensional structural model of the moral education ability of primary school homeroom teachers for the first time, and proposes a hierarchical training system based on actual needs, which provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the formulation of relevant education policies.
