摘 要
随着教育理念的不断更新，小学班主任管理工作中的沟通艺术逐渐成为提升教育质量的重要因素。本研究旨在探讨小学班主任在日常管理中如何运用有效的沟通策略以促进师生关系、家校合作及学生全面发展。良好的沟通能力不仅能够显著改善师生互动，还能有效增强家长对学校教育工作的支持与参与。研究揭示了部分班主任在沟通技巧上存在的不足，如缺乏个性化沟通策略、忽视非语言沟通的重要性等。本文提出了针对性的改进建议，包括加强班主任沟通技能培训、构建多元化的沟通渠道以及注重情感共鸣与文化适应性。研究成果对提升班主任的专业素养及推动家校共育具有重要参考价值。

A Study on the Art of Communication in the Management Work of Primary School Homeroom Teachers

Abstract
With the continuous renewal of the education concept, the communication art in the management of class teachers in primary schools has gradually become an important factor to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to explore how to use effective communication strategies in the daily management of primary school headteachers to promote teacher-student relationship, home-school cooperation and all-round development of students. Good communication skills can not only significantly improve teacher-student interaction, but also effectively enhance parents' support and participation in school education. The research reveals the shortcomings of some homeroom teachers in communication skills, such as lack of personalized communication strategies and neglect of the importance of non-verbal communication. This paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement, including strengthening the communication skills training of class teachers, building diversified communication channels, and focusing on emotional resonance and cultural adaptability. The research results have important reference value for improving the professional quality of class teachers and promoting home-school co-education.
