摘要
随着全球气候变化和资源短缺问题日益严峻,绿色建筑材料因其在节能减排和环境保护方面的潜力受到广泛关注。本研究旨在系统评价绿色建筑材料的环境性能,并探讨其在实际工程中的应用前景。通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,研究选取了多种典型绿色建筑材料,运用生命周期评估(LCA)技术对其生产、使用及废弃阶段的环境影响进行全面量化分析。结果表明,相较于传统材料,绿色建筑材料在碳排放、能源消耗和废弃物产生等方面具有显著优势,但其初始成本较高且部分材料的耐久性仍需改进。此外,研究创新性地提出了一种基于多指标综合评价体系的选材方法,能够更科学地指导绿色建筑材料的实际应用。该方法结合了环境、经济和社会效益三个维度,为建筑行业的可持续发展提供了重要参考。总体而言,本研究不仅揭示了绿色建筑材料的环境性能特点,还为其推广应用提供了理论支持和技术路径,对推动建筑领域的低碳转型具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the growing severity of global climate change and resource scarcity, green building materials have garnered significant attention due to their potential in energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection. This study aims to systematically evaluate the environmental performance of green building materials and explore their application prospects in practical engineering projects. By integrating literature review with case analysis, the study selected various typical green building materials and employed Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) technology to comprehensively quantify their environmental impacts across production, use, and disposal phases. The results indicate that, compared to traditional materials, green building materials demonstrate substantial advantages in terms of carbon emissions, energy consumption, and waste generation. However, they are associated with higher initial costs, and the durability of some materials requires further improvement. Additionally, this study innovatively proposes a material selection method based on a multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation system, which can more scientifically guide the practical application of green building materials. This method incorporates three dimensions—environmental, economic, and social benefits—providing crucial references for the sustainable development of the construction industry. Overall, this research not only elucidates the environmental performance characteristics of green building materials but also offers theoretical support and technical pathways for their promotion and application, playing a vital role in advancing the low-carbon transformation of the construction sector.
