Abstract
Rural non-point source pollution has become a critical factor constraining the sustainable development of agriculture in China, and its complexity and extensive nature pose severe challenges to ecological environments and food security. This study aims to explore control strategies for rural non-point source pollution and propose an eco-agriculture development model adapted to this challenge. By employing a combination of literature analysis, field surveys, and case studies, the main sources and influencing mechanisms of current rural non-point source pollution were systematically evaluated. Drawing on practical experiences from typical regions, an eco-agriculture model centered on resource recycling was constructed. The findings indicate that optimizing farmland management practices, promoting organic fertilizer substitution technologies, and enhancing soil and water conservation projects can significantly reduce nitrogen and phosphorus losses as well as pesticide residues. Furthermore, an innovative dual-track management approach combining "regional collaborative governance" with "farmer participation incentives" was proposed, effectively improving pollution control efficiency and farmer engagement. The primary contribution of this research lies in integrating pollution control with agricultural production, providing scientific evidence and technical support for achieving the unification of economic, social, and ecological benefits in rural areas. This study offers important references for exploring green development pathways under China's rural revitalization strategy.
