摘 要
随着教育理念的不断更新,培养小学生的自主学习能力已成为当前基础教育改革的重要方向之一。本研究旨在探索小学生自主学习能力的有效培养路径,通过系统分析国内外相关理论与实践,结合我国小学教育的实际需求,提出了一套针对性强且可操作性高的培养方案。研究采用问卷调查、深度访谈和行动研究相结合的方法,选取某市三所小学共计500名学生作为样本,对其自主学习能力现状进行深入评估,并在此基础上设计了为期一年的干预实验。结果显示,通过优化学习环境、强化目标管理、提升元认知水平以及构建家校合作机制等措施,能够显著提高小学生的自主学习能力。本研究的创新点在于将理论框架与具体实践紧密结合,同时引入动态评估体系以监测学生能力发展过程,为同类研究提供了新的视角和方法论支持。研究结论表明,培养小学生自主学习能力需要多维度、系统化的策略支持,而良好的外部环境与内在动机激发是关键因素。

Exploring the Pathways for Cultivating Self-directed Learning Abilities in Primary School Students

Abstract:With the continuous updating of educational concepts, cultivating primary school students' autonomous learning abilities has become one of the key directions in current basic education reform. This study aims to explore effective pathways for fostering such abilities by systematically analyzing relevant theories and practices both domestically and internationally, while aligning with the practical needs of primary education in China. A targeted and highly operational cultivation fr amework is proposed based on this analysis. The research employs a combination of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and action research, selecting a total of 500 students from three primary schools in a city as the sample group to conduct an in-depth evaluation of their current autonomous learning capabilities. On this basis, a one-year intervention experiment was designed. The results indicate that measures such as optimizing the learning environment, strengthening goal management, enhancing me tacognitive levels, and establishing home-school cooperation mechanisms can significantly improve primary school students' autonomous learning abilities. The innovation of this study lies in its close integration of theoretical fr ameworks with specific practices, as well as the introduction of a dynamic assessment system to monitor the development process of students' capabilities, providing new perspectives and methodological support for similar studies. The conclusion suggests that cultivating primary school students' autonomous learning abilities requires multi-dimensional and systematic strategies, with a particular emphasis on the critical roles of a supportive external environment and the stimulation of intrinsic motivation.
