摘 要
随着教育改革的深入推进,培养学生自主学习能力成为小学高年级教学的重要目标。本研究以小学高年级学生为对象,探讨其自主学习能力的现状及培养策略,旨在构建一套科学有效的培养体系。研究采用问卷调查、访谈和实验相结合的方法,对300名小学高年级学生及其教师进行数据收集与分析。结果表明,当前学生自主学习能力存在较大个体差异,主要受学习动机、时间管理能力和自我监控水平的影响。通过为期半年的干预实验,发现基于目标导向的学习规划、合作学习模式以及家校协同机制能够显著提升学生的自主学习能力。本研究的创新点在于将心理学理论与实际教学情境紧密结合,并提出了具体可操作的培养路径,为相关教育实践提供了理论支持与实证依据。研究表明,强化学生自主学习意识、优化学习环境是提升其学习能力的关键所在。

A Study on the Strategies for Cultivating Autonomous Learning Ability of Upper Primary School Students

Abstract:With the deepening of educational reform, cultivating students' self-directed learning abilities has become a crucial ob jective in upper primary school education. This study focuses on upper primary school students to investigate the current status of their self-directed learning abilities and explore effective cultivation strategies, aiming to construct a scientifically robust system for fostering such abilities. A combination of questionnaire surveys, interviews, and experimental methods was employed to collect and analyze data from 300 upper primary school students and their teachers. The findings reveal significant individual differences in students' self-directed learning abilities, which are primarily influenced by learning motivation, time management skills, and self-monitoring proficiency. Through a six-month intervention experiment, it was discovered that goal-oriented learning planning, cooperative learning models, and home-school collaborative mechanisms can significantly enhance students' self-directed learning capabilities. The innovation of this study lies in its integration of psychological theories with real-world teaching scenarios, along with the proposal of specific and actionable cultivation approaches, thereby providing theoretical support and empirical evidence for relevant educational practices. The research indicates that strengthening students' awareness of self-directed learning and optimizing the learning environment are critical to improving their learning abilities.
