摘 要
随着信息技术的快速发展,视觉障碍学生对适配教育资源的需求日益迫切,然而现有资源在针对性与可用性方面仍存在不足。本研究旨在探索适合视觉障碍学生的信息技术教育资源开发与利用策略,通过系统分析其学习特点与需求,构建了以无障碍设计为核心的资源框架。研究采用问卷调查、深度访谈与案例分析相结合的方法,收集并整理了视觉障碍学生及其教育者的真实反馈。结果表明,基于多感官交互和个性化学习路径的设计能够显著提升资源的适用性和学习效果。本研究创新性地提出了“双轨融合”资源建设模式,将通用教育资源与专门化辅助工具有机结合,为视觉障碍学生的信息化学习提供了新思路。研究结论不仅为相关教育资源的开发提供了理论支持,也为促进教育公平和技术普惠贡献了实践方案。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, visually impaired students are increasingly in need of adapted educational resources. However, existing resources still fall short in terms of relevance and usability. This study aims to explore strategies for the development and utilization of information technology-based educational resources tailored for visually impaired students. Through a systematic analysis of their learning characteristics and needs, a resource fr amework centered on accessibility design was constructed. The study employed a combination of questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analyses to collect and synthesize authentic feedback from visually impaired students and their educators. The findings indicate that designs based on multi-sensory interaction and personalized learning pathways can significantly enhance the applicability and learning outcomes of these resources. Innovatively, this research proposes a "dual-track integration" model for resource construction, which combines general educational resources with specialized assistive tools, offering new insights into the informatization of learning for visually impaired students. The conclusions not only provide theoretical support for the development of related educational resources but also contribute practical solutions to promoting educational equity and technological inclusiveness.
