摘 要
自闭症儿童的社交技能障碍是其核心缺陷之一,严重影响其社会适应能力和生活质量。为探索有效的干预策略,本研究以30名4至8岁自闭症儿童为对象,采用准实验设计,结合行为分析理论与社交故事法,开发了一套系统化的社交技能训练方案。研究通过基线评估、干预实施和效果追踪三个阶段,运用标准化量表和社会互动观察记录对儿童的社交表现进行定量与定性分析。结果显示,经过为期12周的干预,受试儿童在眼神接触、情感表达、同伴互动等方面均表现出显著改善,且部分技能在干预结束后仍保持稳定。此外,家长反馈表明,训练方案具有较高的可行性和可接受性。本研究的创新点在于将行为干预与叙事策略有机结合,并强调家庭参与的重要性,为自闭症儿童社交技能训练提供了实践参考和理论支持,进一步丰富了该领域的研究方法与干预路径。

Abstract
Social skill impairments in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) represent one of their core deficits, significantly affecting their social adaptability and quality of life. To explore effective intervention strategies, this study recruited 30 children with ASD aged 4 to 8 years and adopted a quasi-experimental design that integrated behavioral analysis theory with the social story approach to develop a systematic social skills training program. The research was conducted in three phases: baseline assessment, intervention implementation, and follow-up evaluation, using standardized scales and observational records of social interactions to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses of the children's social performance. The results indicated that after a 12-week intervention, the participants demonstrated significant improvements in eye contact, emotional ex pression, and peer interaction, with some skills remaining stable even after the intervention concluded. Furthermore, parental feedback highlighted the high feasibility and acceptability of the training program. A key innovation of this study lies in its combination of behavioral intervention with narrative strategies, while emphasizing the importance of family involvement. This provides practical guidance and theoretical support for social skills training in children with ASD, further enriching research methodologies and intervention pathways in this field.
