摘要

“一带一路”倡议为人民币国际化提供了新的发展机遇，本文旨在探讨在该框架下推进人民币国际化的策略及其实施路径。研究基于国际货币体系演变的理论背景，结合“一带一路”沿线国家的经济特征与金融需求，通过构建多维度分析框架，评估了人民币在贸易结算、投资流通及储备货币功能方面的现状与潜力。采“一带一路”倡议能够显著提升人民币在区域内的接受度和使用频率，特别是在跨境贸易结算和基础设施融资领域。研究还强调政策协调的重要性，建议通过完善金融基础设施、深化资本项目开放和完善风险防控体系，为人民币国际化创造有利条件。最终结论表明，“一带一路”倡议不仅为人民币国际化提供了实践平台，也为全球货币体系多元化发展贡献了中国智慧。

Strategies for Promoting the Internationalization of the Renminbi under the "Belt and Road" Initiative

Abstract

The Belt and Road Initiative provides a new development opportunity for the internationalization of RMB. This paper aims to discuss the strategies and implementation paths for promoting the internationalization of RMB under this fr amework. Based on the theoretical background of the evolution of the international monetary system, combined with the economic characteristics and financial needs of the countries along the "Belt and Road", the study evaluated the current situation and potential of RMB in trade settlement, investment circulation and reserve currency functions by constructing a multi-dimensional analysis fr amework. The adoption of the Belt and Road Initiative can significantly increase the acceptance and frequency of use of the renminbi in the region, especially in the areas of cross-border trade settlement and infrastructure financing. The study also stressed the importance of policy coordination and suggested creating favorable conditions for RMB internationalization by improving financial infrastructure, deepening capital account opening and improving risk prevention and control system. The final conclusion shows that the Belt and Road Initiative not only provides a practical platform for the internationalization of the RMB, but also contributes Chinese wisdom to the diversified development of the global monetary system.
