摘要

区域性股权市场作为多层次资本市场的重要组成部分，在服务中小微企业融资、推动区域经济发展方面具有不可替代的作用。本文基于当前我国经济转型与金融改革的背景，探讨区域性股权市场的功能定位与发展路径，旨在为完善其制度设计和提升市场效率提供理论支持。区域性股权市场在缓解中小微企业融资难、促进地方产业升级以及培育投资者群体等方面具有显著功能，但受制于政策支持不足、市场分割及服务模式单一等问题，其潜力尚未充分释放。本文创新性地提出了以“区域一体化”为核心的发展路径，通过优化监管框架、强化金融科技应用和完善生态体系等措施，推动区域性股权市场向规范化、专业化方向发展。研究的主要贡献在于明确了区域性股权市场的战略定位，并为其可持续发展提供了具体可行的政策建议，对深化资本市场改革和服务实体经济具有重要参考价值。

Abstract

As an important part of multi-level capital market, regional equity market plays an irreplaceable role in serving the financing of small, medium and micro enterprises and promoting regional economic development. Based on the background of China's economic transformation and financial reform, this paper discusses the functional positioning and development path of regional equity market, aiming to provide theoretical support for improving its system design and improving market efficiency. The regional equity market has significant functions in alleviating the financing difficulties of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting local industrial upgrading and cultivating investor groups, but its potential has not been fully released due to problems such as insufficient policy support, market segmentation and single service mode. This paper innovatively puts forward a development path with "regional integration" as the core, and promotes the standardization and specialization of the regional equity market through measures such as optimizing the regulatory fr amework, strengthening the application of financial technology and improving the ecosystem. The main contribution of the research is to clarify the strategic positioning of the regional equity market and provide concrete and feasible policy suggestions for its sustainable development, which has important reference value for deepening the reform of the capital market and serving the real economy.
