转型金融在“双碳”目标中的定位与作用 -金融学专业

摘要

在全球气候变化和可持续发展背景下，实现“双碳”目标已成为我国经济社会转型的重要战略方向。然而，传统绿色金融难以完全覆盖高碳行业向低碳转型的资金需求，因此转型金融作为新兴领域逐渐受到关注。本研究旨在探讨转型金融在“双碳”目标中的定位与作用，并提出其支持高碳行业有序转型的路径。转型金融能够有效填补绿色金融覆盖不足的空白，为高碳行业提供长期稳定的资金支持，助力其实现技术升级和低碳转型。此外，本文创新性地提出了基于行业特征的转型金融分类支持体系，并设计了配套的激励机制与风险管理框架。研究结论表明，转型金融不仅是实现“双碳”目标的重要支撑，更是推动经济高质量发展的关键工具。这一研究为政策制定者和市场参与者提供了理论依据和实践参考，对完善我国转型金融体系具有重要指导意义。

The Role and Positioning of Transition Finance in Achieving the "Dual Carbon" Goals

Abstract

In the context of global climate change and sustainable development, achieving the goal of "dual carbon" has become an important strategic direction of China's economic and social transformation. However, it is difficult for traditional green finance to fully cover the capital needs of high-carbon industries in the transition to low-carbon, so transformation finance has gradually attracted attention as an emerging field. The purpose of this study is to explore the positioning and role of transformation finance in the "dual carbon" goal, and to propose a path to support the orderly transformation of high-carbon industries. Transformation finance can effectively fill the gap of insufficient coverage of green finance, provide long-term and stable financial support for high-carbon industries, and help them achieve technology upgrading and low-carbon transformation. In addition, this paper innovatively proposes a classification support system for transformational finance based on industry characteristics, and designs a supporting incentive mechanism and risk management fr amework. The research conclusion shows that transformation finance is not only an important support for achieving the goal of "double carbon", but also a key tool to promote high-quality economic development. This study provides theoretical basis and practical reference for policy makers and market participants, and has important guiding significance for improving China's transitional financial system.
