摘要

随着金融科技的快速发展，金融合规面临的复杂性和挑战日益增加，传统监管手段已难以满足高效、精准的合规需求。在此背景下，本文探讨了监管科技（RegTech）在金融合规中的应用路径及其优化潜力。研究旨在通过分析监管科技的核心技术框架与应用场景，提出一套系统化的实施策略以提升金融机构的合规效率。监管科技能够显著降低合规成本，提高数据处理的准确性和实时性，同时增强监管机构与金融机构之间的协同效应。本文的创新点在于提出了一个分层递进的监管科技应用模型，该模型综合考虑技术适配性、合规需求和风险管理要求，为金融机构提供了更具操作性的指导方案。此外，研究还强调了技术标准化和跨机构合作的重要性，为未来监管科技的发展方向提供了参考依据。总体而言，本文为推动金融合规向智能化、数字化转型提供了理论支持与实践路径。

Abstract

With the rapid development of financial technology, the complexity and challenges faced by financial compliance are increasing, and traditional regulatory means have been unable to meet the needs of efficient and accurate compliance. In this context, this paper explores the application path of regulatory technology (RegTech) in financial compliance and its optimization potential. This study aims to propose a set of systematic implementation strategies to improve the compliance efficiency of financial institutions by analyzing the core technical fr amework and application scenarios of regulatory technology. Regulatory technology can significantly reduce compliance costs, improve the accuracy and timeliness of data processing, and enhance synergies between regulators and financial institutions. The innovation point of this paper is that it puts forward a hierarchical application model of regulatory technology, which comprehensively considers the technical adaptation, compliance requirements and risk management requirements, and provides a more operational guidance scheme for financial institutions. In addition, the study also highlights the importance of technology standardization and cross-institutional cooperation, providing a reference for the future direction of regulatory technology. In general, this paper provides theoretical support and practical path for promoting the transformation of financial compliance to intelligence and digital.
