随着建筑行业快速发展,工程质量成为影响社会经济发展和人民生活安全的重要因素,而传统的监督与检测手段已难以满足日益复杂的工程需求。为此,本研究以提升工程质量监督与检测技术水平为核心目标,结合现代信息技术和先进检测方法,探索适用于当前工程环境的监督与检测技术体系。研究通过文献分析、实地调研及实验验证等方法,系统梳理了国内外工程质量监督与检测技术的发展现状,并针对传统技术存在的效率低、精度差等问题,提出了一种基于大数据分析和人工智能算法的智能化检测方案。该方案融合了物联网感知技术、图像识别技术和数据挖掘技术,实现了对工程质量的实时监测、自动预警及精准评估。研究结果表明,所提出的智能化检测方案能够显著提高检测效率和准确性,同时降低人工干预带来的误差风险。此外,本研究还开发了一套适用于多种工程场景的综合检测平台,为实际工程应用提供了技术支持。总体而言,本研究不仅填补了现有技术在智能化和集成化方面的空白,还为推动工程质量监督与检测技术的现代化发展提供了理论依据和实践参考,具有重要的学术价值和工程意义。

Research and Application of Engineering Quality Supervision and Testing Technology

Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction industry, engineering quality has become a critical factor influencing social and economic development as well as public safety. However, traditional supervision and testing methods are increasingly unable to meet the complex demands of modern engineering. In response to this challenge, this study focuses on enhancing the technical level of engineering quality supervision and testing by integrating modern information technology and advanced detection methods, aiming to develop a supervision and testing technology system suitable for current engineering environments. Through literature analysis, field surveys, and experimental validation, the study systematically reviews the current status of domestic and international engineering quality supervision and testing technologies. Addressing issues such as low efficiency and poor accuracy in traditional techniques, a smart testing solution based on big data analysis and artificial intelligence algorithms is proposed. This solution incorporates Internet of Things (IoT) sensing technology, image recognition technology, and data mining technology to achieve real-time monitoring, automatic early warning, and precise evaluation of engineering quality. The results indicate that the proposed smart testing solution significantly improves testing efficiency and accuracy while reducing errors caused by human intervention. Furthermore, this study develops a comprehensive testing platform applicable to various engineering scenarios, providing technical support for practical applications. Overall, this research not only fills the gap in existing technologies regarding智能化 and integration but also offers theoretical foundations and practical references for advancing the modernization of engineering quality supervision and testing technologies, demonstrating significant academic value and engineering implications.
