摘 要
随着社会经济的快速发展和城市化进程的不断推进,工程项目在国民经济中的地位日益凸显,其质量直接影响到社会资源的合理配置与可持续发展。然而,当前工程项目质量管理中仍存在诸多问题,如技术标准不统一、管理流程不规范及人员素质参差不齐等,这些问题亟需系统性研究与解决。本研究旨在深入探讨工程项目质量的影响因素,并提出针对性的提升策略。通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果,结合问卷调查与实地访谈获取一手数据,同时运用统计分析方法对影响因素进行量化评估。研究表明,项目质量主要受技术能力、管理机制、人员素质及外部环境四大类因素的影响,其中技术能力和管理机制的作用尤为显著。基于此,本文提出了以技术创新为核心、管理优化为支撑、人员培训为基础的综合提升策略,并强调构建全生命周期的质量管理体系的重要性。此外,本研究创新性地引入大数据分析技术,用于实时监测与反馈项目质量状态,从而实现动态化、精细化管理。这一方法不仅提升了质量管理的科学性和有效性,还为行业提供了可借鉴的经验模式。总体而言,本研究为工程项目质量的提升提供了理论依据与实践指导,对推动行业高质量发展具有重要意义。

Research on Quality Influencing Factors and Enhancement Strategies in Engineering Projects
Abstract: With the rapid development of socioeconomy and the continuous advancement of urbanization, engineering projects have become increasingly prominent in the national economy, and their quality directly affects the rational allocation of social resources and sustainable development. However, numerous issues remain in the current quality management of engineering projects, such as non-uniform technical standards, non-standardized management processes, and uneven personnel competence, which urgently require systematic research and resolution. This study aims to explore the influencing factors of engineering project quality and propose targeted improvement strategies. By employing literature analysis to review relevant domestic and international research findings, combined with primary data obtained through questionnaires and field interviews, statistical analysis methods are utilized to quantitatively evaluate these influencing factors. The results indicate that project quality is primarily influenced by four major categories: technical capability, management mechanisms, personnel competence, and external environment, with technical capability and management mechanisms playing particularly significant roles. Based on these findings, this paper proposes a comprehensive improvement strategy centered on technological innovation, supported by management optimization, and grounded in personnel training, while emphasizing the importance of constructing a full-life-cycle quality management system. Additionally, this study innovatively incorporates big data analytics technology for real-time monitoring and feedback of project quality status, thereby achieving dynamic and refined management. This approach not only enhances the scientific rigor and effectiveness of quality management but also provides replicable experiential models for the industry. Overall, this research offers theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality of engineering projects, contributing significantly to promoting high-quality development within the industry.
