摘 要
随着社会竞争加剧和生活节奏加快,大学生心理健康问题日益凸显,成为教育领域的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨团体辅导在促进大学生心理健康中的应用效果及其机制,为高校心理健康教育提供科学依据和支持。研究选取某高校300名存在轻度心理困扰的大学生作为样本,采用随机分组的方式将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组接受为期8周的系统化团体辅导干预,而对照组仅接受常规心理健康教育。通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)、积极心理资本问卷(PPCQ)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)等工具进行前后测评估。结果显示,实验组在焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感等负面情绪指标上显著改善,同时积极心理资本和社会支持水平也明显提升,表明团体辅导能够有效缓解大学生的心理困扰并增强其心理韧性。本研究创新性地将积极心理学理念融入团体辅导框架,设计了包含情绪管理、人际沟通、压力应对及意义建构等模块的综合干预方案,强调个体主观能动性和群体支持作用的结合。这一方法不仅丰富了大学生心理健康教育的实践模式,还为构建全方位、多层次的心理健康服务体系提供了新思路,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

Abstract:With the intensification of social competition and the acceleration of life pace, mental health issues among college students have become increasingly prominent, emerging as a significant concern in the field of education. This study aims to explore the effectiveness and mechanisms of group counseling in promoting college students' mental health, providing scientific evidence and support for mental health education in higher education institutions. A sample of 300 college students with mild psychological distress from a certain university was selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received an 8-week systematic group counseling intervention, while the control group only participated in regular mental health education. Pre- and post-tests were conducted using tools such as the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PPCQ), and the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). The results indicated that the experimental group showed significant improvements in negative emotional indicators such as anxiety, depression, and interpersonal sensitivity, along with noticeable enhancements in positive psychological capital and social support levels. These findings suggest that group counseling can effectively alleviate psychological distress among college students and strengthen their psychological resilience. Innovatively, this study integrates the concept of positive psychology into the fr amework of group counseling, designing a comprehensive intervention program that includes modules on emotion management, interpersonal communication, stress coping, and meaning construction, emphasizing the combination of individual subjective initiative and group support. This approach not only enriches the practical models of mental health education for college students but also provides new insights into constructing a comprehensive and multi-level mental health service system, holding important theoretical and practical significance.
