摘 要
同性恋群体作为社会中的少数派，其心理健康状况受到多种因素的影响，而社会支持在其中扮演了关键角色。本研究旨在探讨中国同性恋群体的心理健康状况及其与社会支持之间的关系，并进一步分析不同类型社会支持的作用机制。研究采用问卷调查法，通过线上平台收集了来自全国31个省市自治区的826份有效样本数据，运用描述性统计、相关分析和多元回归模型进行数据分析。结果表明，同性恋群体的心理健康问题发生率显著高于普通人群，主要表现为抑郁、焦虑和孤独感等情绪困扰。社会支持对心理健康具有显著的正向预测作用，其中情感支持和信息支持尤为关键，而实际支持的作用相对有限。此外，研究发现性别认同压力和社会歧视是影响心理健康的重要中介变量。本研究创新性地将社会支持细化为不同维度，并结合文化背景探讨了其对同性恋群体心理健康的独特作用，为相关政策制定和心理干预提供了理论依据和实践指导。研究结果强调了加强社会支持体系建设的重要性，呼吁社会各界关注同性恋群体的心理健康需求，推动构建更加包容和支持的社会环境。

Abstract：As a minority group in society, the mental health of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) community is influenced by various factors, with social support playing a critical role. This study aims to investigate the mental health status of the homosexual population in China and its relationship with social support, further analyzing the mechanisms of different types of social support. A questionnaire survey method was employed, collecting 826 valid samples through an online platform from all 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country. Data were analyzed using desc riptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression models. The results indicate that the incidence of mental health issues among homosexuals is significantly higher than in the general population, primarily manifesting as emotional distress such as depression, anxiety, and feelings of loneliness. Social support exhibits a significant positive predictive effect on mental health, with emotional support and informational support being particularly crucial, while instrumental support plays a relatively limited role. Additionally, the study finds that gender identity pressure and social discrimination serve as important mediating variables affecting mental health. Innovatively, this research categorizes social support into distinct dimensions and examines its unique impact on the mental health of homosexual individuals within a cultural context, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for policy formulation and psychological interventions. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening the construction of social support systems, calling for increased societal attention to the mental health needs of homosexual individuals and advocating for the creation of a more inclusive and supportive social environment.
