摘 要
自我效能感作为个体对自身完成特定任务能力的主观判断,在教育心理学领域受到广泛关注,其与学业成绩的关系已成为研究热点。本研究旨在探讨自我效能感对学业成绩的影响机制,并进一步揭示两者之间的因果关系及潜在调节变量。基于社会认知理论框架,研究选取某地区1200名中学生为样本,采用问卷调查法和结构方程模型分析方法,从多维度考察了自我效能感、学习策略使用频率以及学业成绩之间的关联性。结果显示,自我效能感不仅直接正向预测学业成绩,还通过促进学习策略的有效运用间接影响学业表现,且这一关系在不同性别和年级的学生群体中表现出显著差异。此外,研究发现时间管理能力和学习动机在自我效能感与学业成绩之间起到部分中介作用。本研究的创新点在于引入动态视角,将学习策略作为中介变量纳入分析体系,同时结合定量数据深入解析了自我效能感的作用路径。研究结果为提升学生学业成绩提供了理论依据和实践指导,强调了培养自我效能感的重要性,并为学校教育干预措施的设计提供了科学参考。

Abstract:Self-efficacy, as a subjective judgment of an individual's ability to complete specific tasks, has received extensive attention in the field of educational psychology, with its relationship with academic achievement becoming a research hotspot. This study aims to explore the mechanism by which self-efficacy influences academic achievement and further reveal the causal relationship between them as well as potential moderating variables. Grounded in the fr amework of social cognitive theory, the study selected 1200 middle school students from a certain region as the sample, employing questionnaire surveys and structural equation modeling analysis to examine the associations among self-efficacy, learning strategy usage frequency, and academic achievement from multiple dimensions. The results indicate that self-efficacy not only directly and positively predicts academic achievement but also indirectly affects academic performance by promoting the effective use of learning strategies, with this relationship showing significant differences across student groups of different genders and grades. Additionally, the study found that time management skills and learning motivation partially mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic achievement. The innovation of this study lies in its introduction of a dynamic perspective, incorporating learning strategies as a mediating variable into the analytical system while combining quantitative data to deeply parse the pathways of self-efficacy's influence. The findings provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving students' academic achievement, emphasizing the importance of cultivating self-efficacy and offering scientific references for the design of educational intervention measures in schools.
