摘 要
现代社会中,压力已成为影响个体身心健康的重要因素,而情绪调节策略在应对压力过程中扮演着关键角色。本研究旨在探讨不同情绪调节策略对压力应对效果的影响,并揭示其潜在机制。通过招募300名成年参与者,采用问卷调查法和实验设计相结合的方式,收集了他们在面对压力情境时所使用的情绪调节策略类型(如认知重评、表达抑制等)及其应对效果的数据。研究结果表明,认知重评策略能够显著提升个体的压力应对能力,表现为更低的负面情绪水平和更高的心理适应性;而表达抑制策略则可能加剧压力反应,导致更差的心理健康状况。此外,本研究首次引入动态评估模型,发现情绪调节策略的效果具有情境依赖性,即不同压力源下策略的有效性存在差异。这一发现为情绪调节理论提供了新的视角,并对压力管理实践具有重要指导意义。本研究的主要贡献在于明确了情绪调节策略的具体作用机制,同时强调了个性化干预的重要性,为未来相关领域的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:In modern society, stress has become a critical factor affecting individuals' physical and mental health, while emotion regulation strategies play a key role in coping with stress. This study aims to investigate the impact of different emotion regulation strategies on stress management effectiveness and to uncover their underlying mechanisms. By recruiting 300 adult participants, this research combined questionnaire surveys with experimental designs to collect data on the types of emotion regulation strategies used in stress-related situations, such as cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression, along with their corresponding coping outcomes. The results indicate that cognitive reappraisal significantly enhances individuals' ability to cope with stress, characterized by lower levels of negative emotions and higher psychological adaptability, whereas expressive suppression may exacerbate stress responses, leading to poorer mental health conditions. Additionally, this study introduces a dynamic assessment model for the first time, revealing that the effectiveness of emotion regulation strategies is context-dependent, meaning that the efficacy of strategies varies under different stressors. This finding provides a new perspective to emotion regulation theory and holds significant implications for stress management practices. The primary contribution of this study lies in clarifying the specific mechanisms of emotion regulation strategies while emphasizing the importance of personalized interventions, thus laying a foundation for future research in related fields.
