摘 要
注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种常见的神经发育障碍,其核心特征包括注意力不集中、冲动行为和过度活跃,对患者的学习、工作及社会功能造成显著影响近年来,非药物干预手段逐渐受到关注,其中冥想训练因其潜在的心理调节作用而被广泛研究本研究旨在探讨冥想训练对改善ADHD症状的效果,并评估其在提升注意力和自我调控能力方面的可行性研究采用随机对照试验设计,将120名确诊为ADHD的成年患者分为实验组和对照组实验组接受为期8周的正念冥想训练,每周两次,每次60分钟,内容涵盖呼吸专注、身体扫描及情绪觉察等核心模块;对照组则维持常规治疗研究通过Conners成人ADHD评定量表、持续操作测验(CPT)及执行功能任务评估参与者的症状改善情况结果表明,实验组在注意力指标上的表现显著优于对照组,冲动控制能力也得到明显提升此外,冥想训练还促进了实验组的情绪稳定性和心理弹性这些发现不仅验证了冥想训练在ADHD干预中的有效性,还为其作为辅助治疗手段提供了实证支持本研究的主要贡献在于首次系统性地评估了正念冥想对ADHD成年患者的干预效果,并揭示了其在改善认知功能与情绪调节方面的独特机制,为未来相关领域的研究和实践奠定了基础

Abstract:Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, which significantly impacts patients' learning, work, and social functioning. In recent years, non-pharmacological interventions have gained increasing attention, with meditation training being extensively studied for its potential psychological regulatory effects. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of meditation training in alleviating ADHD symptoms and to evaluate its feasibility in enhancing attention and self-regulatory capacities. A randomized controlled trial design was employed, involving 120 adult patients diagnosed with ADHD who were randomly assigned to either an experimental group or a control group. The experimental group participated in an 8-week mindfulness meditation program, conducted twice weekly for 60 minutes per session, with core modules including focused breathing, body scanning, and emotional awareness. In contrast, the control group continued with standard treatment. Symptom improvements were assessed using the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scale, Continuous Performance Test (CPT), and executive function tasks. Results indicated that the experimental group demonstrated significantly better performance on attention-related metrics compared to the control group, along with marked improvements in impulse control. Additionally, meditation training enhanced emotional stability and psychological resilience in the experimental group. These findings not only validate the effectiveness of meditation training as an intervention for ADHD but also provide empirical support for its use as an adjunctive therapeutic approach. A key contribution of this study lies in its systematic evaluation of the intervention effects of mindfulness meditation on adult ADHD patients, revealing unique mechanisms in improving cognitive functions and emotional regulation. This research lays a foundation for future studies and practical applications in related fields.
