随着高等教育普及化和学习压力的增加,大学生学习倦怠现象日益凸显,成为教育心理学领域的重要研究议题。本研究旨在探讨大学生学习倦怠的心理成因,并提出针对性干预对策。研究采用问卷调查法与深度访谈相结合的方式,选取某高校1200名本科生为样本,通过心理测量工具分析其学习倦怠水平及其与学业压力、自我效能感、社会支持等变量的关系。结果表明,大学生学习倦怠主要表现为缺乏学习动力、情绪疲惫及成就感低下,且与学业压力过高、自我效能感不足和社会支持匮乏密切相关。进一步分析发现,不同性别、年级及专业背景的学生在学习倦怠表现上存在显著差异。基于此,本研究创新性地构建了“多维心理支持模型”,强调从个体心理调适、学校支持体系完善及家庭沟通优化三个层面进行系统干预。该模型不仅为缓解大学生学习倦怠提供了理论依据,还对高校心理健康教育实践具有重要指导意义。本研究的主要贡献在于揭示了学习倦怠的深层次心理机制,并提出了可操作性强的干预路径,为促进大学生心理健康和学业发展提供了新思路。

Psychological Causes and Countermeasures of College Students' Learning Burnout

Abstract:With the popularization of higher education and the increasing learning pressure, college student academic burnout has become increasingly prominent, emerging as a significant research topic in educational psychology. This study aims to explore the psychological causes of academic burnout among college students and propose targeted intervention strategies. By combining questionnaire surveys with in-depth interviews, this research selected 1200 undergraduate students from a university as samples, analyzing their levels of academic burnout and its relationships with variables such as academic stress, self-efficacy, and social support through psychological measurement tools. The results indicate that college student academic burnout is primarily manifested as a lack of learning motivation, emotional exhaustion, and low sense of achievement, closely associated with excessive academic stress, insufficient self-efficacy, and inadequate social support. Further analysis reveals significant differences in the manifestation of academic burnout among students of different genders, grades, and majors. Based on these findings, this study innovatively constructs a "Multidimensional Psychological Support Model," emphasizing systematic interventions at three levels: individual psychological adjustment, improvement of school support systems, and optimization of family communication. This model not only provides a theoretical basis for alleviating college student academic burnout but also offers important guidance for mental health education practices in higher education institutions. The main contribution of this study lies in uncovering the deep psychological mechanisms underlying academic burnout and proposing intervention pathways with strong operability, providing new insights into promoting college students' mental health and academic development.
