摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业数字化转型已成为全球范围内推动经济高质量发展的关键驱动力。然而,在这一过程中,企业面临诸多复杂挑战,包括技术整合难度高、组织文化变革阻力大、数据安全风险加剧以及人才短缺等问题。本研究旨在深入探讨企业数字化转型的核心障碍,并提出针对性的解决对策。通过采用混合研究方法,结合问卷调查与案例分析,本研究对来自不同行业和规模的120家企业进行了系统调研,同时选取了5家典型企业进行深度访谈。研究结果表明,技术能力不足、战略规划缺失以及利益相关者协同不畅是制约企业数字化转型的主要因素。基于此,本文提出了以技术赋能为核心、以战略引领为导向、以多方协作为基础的综合解决方案,并强调构建灵活适应性组织文化的重要性。此外,本研究创新性地引入了数字化成熟度评估模型,为企业制定转型路径提供了科学依据。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation in enterprises has become a key driver for promoting high-quality economic growth on a global scale. However, during this process, enterprises encounter numerous complex challenges, including the high difficulty of technological integration, significant resistance to organizational cultural change, increased data security risks, and talent shortages. This study aims to explore the core obstacles in enterprise digital transformation and propose targeted solutions. By employing a mixed research methodology that combines questionnaire surveys with case analyses, this study conducted a systematic investigation of 120 enterprises from various industries and scales, while also conducting in-depth interviews with five representative enterprises. The results indicate that insufficient technical capabilities, the absence of strategic planning, and poor coordination among stakeholders are the primary factors constraining enterprise digital transformation. Based on these findings, this paper proposes an integrated solution centered on technology empowerment, guided by strategic leadership, and grounded in multi-party collaboration, while emphasizing the importance of building a flexible adaptive organizational culture. Additionally, this study innovatively introduces a digital maturity assessment model, providing enterprises with a scientific basis for formulating their transformation paths.
