摘 要
在全球经济一体化日益加深的背景下，跨境物流作为连接各国市场的重要桥梁，其风险防控显得愈发关键。本研究旨在从全球供应链视角出发，深入探讨跨境物流风险防控的机制与策略。通过综合运用文献分析、案例研究及定量模型等多种研究方法，本文系统梳理了跨境物流面临的主要风险，包括供应链中断、运输延误、货物损失与信息安全等，并深入剖析了这些风险的形成机理及影响因素。在此基础上，本文创新性地提出了一套跨境物流风险防控体系，该体系集风险识别、评估、监控与应对于一体，强调信息共享、协同合作与柔性管理在风险防控中的核心作用。实证研究结果表明，该风险防控体系能有效降低跨境物流风险水平，提高供应链整体韧性与运作效率。本研究的主要贡献在于为全球供应链视角下的跨境物流风险防控提供了理论支持与实践指导，有助于推动跨境物流行业的健康可持续发展，进而促进全球经济的稳定增长。

Cross-border Logistics Risk Prevention and Control from the Perspective of Global Supply Chain
Abstract: In the context of increasing global economic integration, cross-border logistics serves as a critical bridge connecting markets worldwide, making risk prevention and control increasingly essential. This study aims to explore the mechanisms and strategies of cross-border logistics risk prevention and control from a global supply chain perspective. Through a comprehensive application of various research methods, including literature analysis, case studies, and quantitative modeling, the paper systematically identifies the primary risks faced by cross-border logistics, such as supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, cargo losses, and information security breaches. Furthermore, it delves into the formation mechanisms and influencing factors of these risks. Based on this analysis, the paper innovatively proposes a cross-border logistics risk prevention and control system that integrates risk identification, evaluation, monitoring, and response. This system emphasizes the central role of information sharing, collaborative cooperation, and flexible management in risk prevention and control. The empirical research results demonstrate that this risk prevention and control system can effectively reduce the level of cross-border logistics risks and enhance the overall resilience and operational efficiency of the supply chain. The main contribution of this study lies in providing theoretical support and practical guidance for cross-border logistics risk prevention and control from a global supply chain perspective, which is conducive to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the cross-border logistics industry and, in turn, facilitating stable global economic growth.
