摘 要
企业多元化战略作为现代企业发展的重要路径之一，近年来受到广泛关注。然而，多元化进程中伴随的各类风险对企业可持续发展构成了挑战。本研究以企业多元化战略的风险评估与管控为核心，旨在深入探讨多元化战略实施过程中可能面临的风险类型及其影响机制，并提出针对性的管控策略。研究基于文献分析和案例研究相结合的方法，选取多个行业中的典型企业为样本，通过定性和定量分析相结合的方式，系统识别了多元化战略中的财务风险、市场风险、管理风险及文化整合风险等关键问题。研究发现，不同类型的多元化战略（如相关多元化与非相关多元化）对风险的影响存在显著差异，且风险管理能力在很大程度上决定了多元化战略的成功与否。

Abstract
As one of the important paths of the development of modern enterprises, enterprise diversification strategy has been widely concerned in recent years. However, the accompanying risks in the process of diversification pose a challenge to the sustainable development of enterprises. This study takes the risk assessment and control of enterprise diversification strategy as the core, aims to deeply explore the risk types and influence mechanisms in the implementation of diversification strategy, and put forward targeted management and control strategies. Based on the method of combining literature analysis and case study, the typical enterprises in many industries are selected as samples, and through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, we systematically identify the key issues such as financial risk, market risk, management risk and cultural integration risk in the diversified strategy. The study found that the impact of different types of diversification strategies (such as related diversification and unrelated diversification) on risk was significantly different, and the risk management ability determines the success of diversification strategy to a large extent.
