基于核心竞争力的企业战略定位与竞争优势塑造研究

摘    要

  在全球经济一体化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,企业如何通过核心竞争力的构建实现战略定位并塑造竞争优势成为学术界与实践领域的重要议题。本研究以核心竞争力理论为基础,结合战略管理相关框架,深入探讨企业如何识别、培育和利用核心竞争力来优化战略定位,并在动态竞争环境中实现可持续发展。研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过文献分析、案例研究及实证调查,系统剖析了核心竞争力与企业战略定位之间的内在联系,并构建了基于核心竞争力的企业竞争优势塑造模型。研究结果表明,企业的核心竞争力是其战略定位的关键驱动因素,而明确的战略定位能够进一步强化核心竞争力的作用,从而形成良性循环。此外,研究发现不同行业和企业规模下,核心竞争力的具体表现形式及其对战略定位的影响存在显著差异。

Abstract 
  Under the background of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, how to achieve strategic positioning and shape competitive advantage through the construction of core competitiveness has become an important issue in the academic and practical fields. Based on the theory of core competitiveness and combined with the relevant fr amework of strategic management, this study deeply explores how enterprises can identify, cultivate and utilize their core competitiveness to optimize their strategic positioning and achieve sustainable development in a dynamic competitive environment. The research adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, through literature analysis, case study and empirical investigation, systematically analyzes the internal connection between the core competitiveness and enterprise strategic positioning, and constructs a model of enterprise competitive advantage based on the core competitiveness. The research results show that the core competitiveness of an enterprise is the key driving factor of its strategic positioning, and a clear strategic positioning can further strengthen the role of the core competitiveness, thus forming a virtuous circle. In addition, the study found that the specific manifestations of core competitiveness and its impact on strategic positioning are significantly different in different industries and enterprise sizes.
