摘 要
在数字化转型的背景下,企业面临技术革新、市场竞争和商业模式重构等多重挑战,亟需通过战略调整与创新路径探索以实现可持续发展。本研究旨在探讨数字化转型对企业战略调整的影响机制,并提出适应性创新路径。基于系统文献综述与案例分析方法,选取多个行业代表性企业进行深入剖析,从战略目标重塑、组织架构优化和技术应用升级三个维度构建理论框架。研究发现,数字化转型驱动企业从传统线性模式向生态化、平台化方向转变,技术创新与业务流程再造成为关键推动力。此外,数据驱动决策能力的提升显著增强了企业的敏捷性和市场响应速度。

Abstract
In the context of digital transformation, enterprises are faced with multiple challenges such as technological innovation, market competition and business model reconstruction, and it is urgent to achieve sustainable development through strategic adjustment and innovation path exploration. This study aims to explore the influence mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise strategy adjustment, and propose the adaptive innovation path. Based on the systematic literature review and case analysis method, the representative enterprises of many industries were selected for in-depth analysis, and the theoretical fr amework was constructed from the three dimensions of strategic goal remodeling, organizational structure optimization and technology application upgrading. The research shows that digital transformation drives the transformation of enterprises from traditional linear mode to ecological and platform direction, and technological innovation and business process reengineering become the key driving forces. In addition, the improvement of data-driven decision-making ability significantly enhances the agility and market response speed of enterprises.
