摘 要
随着全球环境问题日益严峻,绿色供应链管理已成为企业实现可持续发展的关键路径。本研究以绿色供应链构建中的企业成本效益权衡为核心,探讨如何在环境保护与经济效益之间达成平衡,并为企业决策提供科学依据。研究基于系统动力学和多目标优化理论,构建了包含环境、经济和社会维度的综合评价模型,同时引入情景分析方法评估不同策略组合下的绩效表现。通过案例分析与实证研究,结果表明绿色供应链的实施虽然可能增加初始投入成本,但长期来看能够显著提升企业的资源利用效率和市场竞争力。此外,研究发现企业应根据自身特点选择差异化策略,例如技术密集型企业可通过加大研发投入降低污染排放,而劳动密集型企业则更适宜优化运营流程以减少浪费。

Abstract
With the increasingly severe global environmental problems, green supply chain management has become a key path for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. This study focuses on the enterprise cost-benefit trade-off in the construction of green supply chain, discusses how to reach a balance between environmental protection and economic benefits, and provides scientific basis for enterprise decision-making. Based on system dynamics and multi-ob jective optimization theory, a comprehensive evaluation model including environmental, economic and social dimensions was constructed, and a scenario analysis method was introduced to evaluate the performance under different combinations of strategies. Through case analysis and empirical research, the results show that although the implementation of green supply chain may increase the initial input cost, it can significantly improve the resource utilization efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises in the long term. In addition, the study found that enterprises should choose differentiated strategies according to their own characteristics. For example, technology-intensive enterprises can reduce pollution emissions by increasing investment in research and development, while labor-intensive enterprises are more suitable to optimize the operation process to reduce waste.
