摘 要
本研究旨在深入探讨企业信息系统实施过程中所面临的项目管理问题，并提出针对性的优化策略。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理以及对实际案例的深入分析，研究发现当前企业在信息系统实施中普遍面临需求定义不清、资源分配不足、风险管理薄弱及沟通机制不畅等问题。为此，本研究采用混合研究方法，结合定量问卷调查与定性深度访谈，从多个维度收集数据并进行综合分析。研究结果表明，通过构建完善的项目管理体系、强化利益相关者参与、引入敏捷开发理念以及提升项目经理的专业能力，可以显著改善项目实施效果。本研究的创新点在于将敏捷管理思想融入传统项目管理模式，提出了适应现代企业需求的混合型项目管理框架，为解决信息系统实施中的复杂问题提供了新思路。此外，研究还强调了文化因素在项目管理中的重要性，指出跨部门协作与组织文化的适配是确保项目成功的关键要素。

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the project management problems faced in the implementation of enterprise information system and propose targeted optimization strategies. Through the systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad and the in-depth analysis of actual cases, it is found that the current enterprises are generally faced with problems such as unclear definition of demand, insufficient resource allocation, weak risk management and poor communication mechanism. To this end, this study used a mixed research approach, combining quantitative questionnaires and qualitative in-depth interviews to collect data from multiple dimensions and conduct comprehensive analysis. The research results show that the project implementation effect can be significantly improved by building a sound project management system, strengthening stakeholder participation, introducing agile development concepts, and improving the professional ability of project managers. The innovation point of this study is to integrate agile management ideas into the traditional project management mode, put forward the mixed project management fr amework to meet the needs of modern enterprises, and provide a new idea for solving the complex problems in the implementation of information system. In addition, the study highlights the importance of cultural factors in project management, identifying cross-departmental collaboration and organizational culture adaptation as a key element to ensure project success.Keyword:Enterprise Information System Implementation Project Management Optimization Agile Development Concept
