摘 要
随着全球化进程的加速和市场竞争的日益激烈,企业供应链管理面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。本研究以提升企业供应链效率和竞争力为核心目标,深入探讨了供应链管理优化的关键问题及其解决方案。研究背景源于当前供应链运作中普遍存在的信息不对称、协同效率低下及风险控制不足等问题,这些问题严重制约了企业的可持续发展。为解决上述问题,本研究采用定性分析与定量建模相结合的方法,综合运用系统动力学、大数据分析以及人工智能技术,构建了一套适用于多场景的供应链优化模型。通过对企业实际数据的采集与分析,该模型能够有效识别供应链中的瓶颈环节,并提出针对性改进措施。研究结果表明,优化后的供应链在成本控制、交付周期缩短以及库存管理水平提升等方面均取得了显著成效,特别是在复杂环境下展现了较强的适应性和鲁棒性。本研究的主要创新点在于将智能化技术和动态仿真方法引入传统供应链管理框架,实现了从静态优化到动态调整的转变,为企业提供了更具操作性的决策支持工具。

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization and the intensification of market competition, enterprise supply chain management is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This study focuses on enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise supply chains by thoroughly investigating key issues and solutions for supply chain optimization. The research context arises from prevalent problems in current supply chain operations, such as information asymmetry, low collaborative efficiency, and insufficient risk control, which severely constrain sustainable enterprise development. To address these issues, this study employs a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative modeling, integrating system dynamics, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to develop a supply chain optimization model applicable to multiple scenarios. Through the collection and analysis of real-world enterprise data, the model effectively identifies bottleneck segments within supply chains and proposes targeted improvement measures. The results indicate that the optimized supply chain achieves significant improvements in cost control, delivery cycle reduction, and inventory management, demonstrating strong adaptability and robustness, particularly in complex environments. A major innovation of this study lies in incorporating intelligent technologies and dynamic simulation methods into the traditional supply chain management fr amework, facilitating the transition from static optimization to dynamic adjustment and providing enterprises with more operational decision-support tools.
