摘 要:随着教育理念的不断更新,混龄教育作为一种强调自然成长与合作学习的模式,逐渐受到学前教育领域的关注。本研究以幼儿园混龄教育为切入点,旨在探讨其实施路径及其对儿童发展的实际效果。通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法,选取某市三所幼儿园作为研究对象,系统考察了混龄教育在课程设计、教师指导及同伴互动中的具体实践,并对比分析了参与混龄教育与传统分龄教育儿童在社交能力、认知发展和情感表达方面的差异。研究发现,混龄教育能够有效促进儿童的社会性发展,增强其合作意识与问题解决能力,同时对教师的专业素养提出了更高要求。本研究的创新点在于构建了适合中国学前教育情境的混龄教育评价框架,并提出了针对性的优化建议,为混龄教育的推广提供了理论支持与实践参考。研究成果不仅丰富了学前教育理论体系,也为幼儿园教育改革提供了新思路。

Abstract:With the continuous updating of educational concepts, mixed-age education, as a model emphasizing natural growth and cooperative learning, has gradually attracted attention in the field of early childhood education. This study takes mixed-age education in kindergartens as its starting point, aiming to explore its implementation pathways and practical effects on children's development. By integrating literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, three kindergartens in a certain city were selected as research subjects to systematically examine the specific practices of mixed-age education in curriculum design, teacher guidance, and peer interaction. Furthermore, a comparative analysis was conducted between children participating in mixed-age education and those in traditional age-segregated education regarding their social skills, cognitive development, and emotional ex pression. The findings indicate that mixed-age education can effectively promote children's social development, enhance their cooperative awareness and problem-solving abilities, while also imposing higher demands on teachers' professional competencies. The innovation of this study lies in constructing an evaluation fr amework for mixed-age education suitable for the context of early childhood education in China, along with targeted optimization suggestions, providing theoretical support and practical references for the promotion of mixed-age education. The research outcomes not only enrich the theoretical system of early childhood education but also offer new perspectives for kindergarten educational reform.
