摘 要：随着社会对学前教育质量要求的不断提高，家园共育作为提升幼儿教育效果的重要途径受到广泛关注。本研究旨在探讨幼儿园家园共育的模式及其实际效果，通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法，收集了来自三所不同类型幼儿园的300余名家长及教师的数据。研究发现，当前家园共育主要以信息沟通、活动参与和教育资源共享为核心，但不同园所间在实施方式和深度上存在显著差异。研究表明，家园共育能够显著促进幼儿的社会性发展和学习能力提升，同时增强家长的教育参与感和满意度。本研究创新性地构建了一个基于“互动—支持—协同”理念的家园共育评价框架，并提出了针对性的优化建议，为推动家园合作提供了理论参考和实践指导。研究结果对完善学前教育体系、提升教育公平性和有效性具有重要意义。

Abstract：With the increasing societal demand for the quality of preschool education, home-kindergarten co-education has gained widespread attention as a critical approach to enhancing educational outcomes for young children. This study aims to explore the models and practical effects of home-kindergarten co-education in kindergartens by employing a mixed-methods approach combining questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, collecting data from over 300 parents and teachers across three kindergartens of different types. The findings reveal that current home-kindergarten co-education primarily focuses on information communication, activity participation, and resource sharing, yet significant differences exist among kindergartens in terms of implementation methods and depth. The study demonstrates that home-kindergarten co-education significantly promotes children's social development and learning ability while enhancing parents' sense of educational involvement and satisfaction. Innovatively, this research constructs an evaluation fr amework for home-kindergarten co-education based on the concepts of "interaction-support-collaboration" and provides targeted optimization suggestions, offering theoretical references and practical guidance for promoting home-kindergarten cooperation. The results hold important implications for improving the preschool education system and enhancing its fairness and effectiveness.
