摘 要:随着社会对学前教育质量要求的不断提高,幼儿园教师职业道德建设成为推动教育公平与质量提升的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨幼儿园教师职业道德建设的有效路径,通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,收集了来自全国15个城市的300名幼儿园教师及相关管理人员的数据。研究发现,当前幼儿园教师职业道德建设存在制度保障不足、培训体系不完善及评价机制单一等问题。为此,本文提出构建多层次的职业道德教育体系、强化政策支持与激励机制以及优化师德评价标准等策略。研究创新性地引入了“情境化师德培养”模式,强调在真实教育场景中提升教师的职业素养,并通过案例分析验证了该模式的可行性与有效性。本研究为完善幼儿园教师职业道德建设提供了理论依据和实践参考,对促进学前教育高质量发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the increasing societal demand for the quality of preschool education, the construction of professional ethics among kindergarten teachers has become a critical issue in promoting educational equity and enhancing quality. This study aims to explore effective approaches to building professional ethics among kindergarten teachers by employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, collecting data from 300 kindergarten teachers and relevant administrators across 15 cities nationwide. The findings indicate that current efforts in constructing professional ethics among kindergarten teachers are hindered by insufficient institutional support, an incomplete training system, and evaluation mechanism. In response, this paper proposes strategies such as establishing a multi-level professional ethics education system, strengthening policy support and incentive mechanisms, and optimizing the evaluation criteria for teacher ethics. Innovatively, the study introduces the "contextualized teacher ethics cultivation" model, which emphasizes enhancing teachers' professional competence within authentic educational scenarios. The feasibility and effectiveness of this model are validated through case analysis. This research provides theoretical foundations and practical references for improving the construction of professional ethics among kindergarten teachers, playing a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of preschool education.
