摘 要:随着社会对学前教育质量要求的不断提高,幼儿园教师的职业倦怠问题日益受到关注,其不仅影响教师自身身心健康,还可能波及幼儿教育质量和行业发展。本研究旨在探讨当前幼儿园教师职业倦怠的现状及其成因,并提出针对性的应对措施。研究采用问卷调查法与访谈法相结合的方式,选取了全国范围内500名幼儿园教师作为样本,从工作负荷、情感耗竭、成就感降低等多个维度进行分析。结果显示,超过60%的受访教师存在中度及以上的职业倦怠,主要表现为情绪疲惫和职业认同感下降,且与工作环境支持不足、角色冲突频繁等因素密切相关。基于此,本研究提出了优化管理机制、加强心理支持以及提升教师专业素养等综合干预策略。研究创新点在于结合定性与定量方法深入剖析职业倦怠的影响因素,并强调从个体与组织层面协同改善的重要性,为缓解幼儿园教师职业倦怠提供了理论依据与实践参考。

Abstract:With the increasing societal demand for the quality of preschool education, the issue of professional burnout among kindergarten teachers has garnered growing attention. It not only affects teachers' physical and mental health but may also impact the quality of early childhood education and industry development. This study aims to explore the current status and causes of professional burnout among kindergarten teachers and propose targeted coping strategies. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews, this research selected 500 kindergarten teachers from across the country as samples, analyzing multiple dimensions such as workload, emotional exhaustion, and reduced sense of accomplishment. The results indicate that over 60% of the surveyed teachers experience moderate to severe levels of professional burnout, primarily manifested as emotional fatigue and decreased occupational identity, which are closely related to insufficient work environment support and frequent role conflicts. Based on these findings, this study proposes comprehensive intervention strategies, including optimizing management mechanisms, enhancing psychological support, and improving teachers' professional competence. The innovation of this research lies in its in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of professional burnout by integrating qualitative and quantitative methods, while emphasizing the importance of collaborative improvement at both individual and organizational levels. This provides theoretical foundations and practical references for alleviating professional burnout among kindergarten teachers.
