摘 要:随着社会对早期教育的重视,幼儿园亲子活动逐渐成为促进家庭关系的重要途径。本研究旨在探讨幼儿园亲子活动对家庭关系的影响机制及其实际效果,通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方式,收集了210个家庭的数据,并运用定量与定性分析方法进行综合评估。研究发现,亲子活动能够显著增强父母与子女之间的情感联结,改善沟通质量,同时有助于形成积极的家庭氛围。此外,活动中的互动体验还促进了父母对子女成长需求的理解,提升了育儿效能感。本研究的创新点在于首次引入“情感共鸣”概念,揭示了亲子活动在情感层面的深层次作用,并提出了基于活动设计优化的家庭关系干预模型。研究结果为幼儿园教育实践提供了理论支持,也为家庭教育指导工作带来了新的启示,强调了亲子活动在构建和谐家庭关系中的关键作用。

Abstract:With increasing societal emphasis on early childhood education, parent-child activities in kindergartens have gradually become an important avenue for enhancing family relationships. This study investigates the impact mechanisms and practical effects of kindergarten parent-child activities on family relationships by collecting data from 210 families through a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. Quantitative and qualitative analysis methods were employed to comprehensively evaluate the collected data. The findings indicate that parent-child activities significantly strengthen emotional bonds between parents and children, improve communication quality, and contribute to fostering a positive family atmosphere. Moreover, interactive experiences during these activities enhance parents' understanding of their children's developmental needs and increase parenting efficacy. A notable innovation of this study is the first-time introduction of the concept of "emotional resonance," which uncovers the deep-level emotional effects of parent-child activities. Based on these insights, a family relationship intervention model optimized for activity design is proposed. The results provide theoretical support for kindergarten educational practices and offer new implications for family education guidance, underscoring the critical role of parent-child activities in building harmonious family relationships.
