摘 要:随着社会对家庭教育重视程度的提升,小学教师在家庭教育指导中的角色日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨小学教师在家庭教育指导中的作用与具体方法,通过问卷调查和深度访谈相结合的方式,收集了来自不同地区300名小学教师及200名家长的数据。研究发现,小学教师不仅能够为家长提供科学的育儿理念和方法支持,还能有效缓解家庭教育中的焦虑情绪。创新点在于首次构建了“三位一体”指导模式,即知识传授、情感支持与实践引导相结合的方法体系,为教师开展家庭教育指导提供了理论依据和实践路径。研究表明,教师的专业素养和沟通能力是影响指导效果的关键因素,而家校合作的深度与广度则决定了家庭教育质量的提升水平。最终结论显示,加强小学教师的家庭教育指导能力培训,并优化家校协同机制,将显著促进学生全面发展和社会和谐进步。

Abstract:With the increasing societal emphasis on family education, the role of primary school teachers in guiding family education has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to explore the functions and specific approaches of primary school teachers in family education guidance by collecting data from 300 teachers and 200 parents across different regions through a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that primary school teachers can not only provide parents with scientific parenting concepts and methods but also effectively alleviate anxiety related to family education. An innovative contribution of this research is the first-time construction of an integrated "trinity" guidance model, which combines knowledge transmission, emotional support, and practical guidance, offering both theoretical foundations and practical pathways for teachers conducting family education guidance. The study indicates that teachers' professional competence and communication skills are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of guidance, while the depth and breadth of home-school collaboration determine the level of improvement in family education quality. The final conclusion suggests that enhancing the training of primary school teachers in family education guidance and optimizing home-school collaborative mechanisms will significantly promote students' holistic development and contribute to social harmony and progress.
