随着社会对幼儿全面发展的日益重视,学前教育作为幼儿成长的关键时期,其质量直接影响到幼儿的身心健康与未来发展。在学前教育中,体育活动作为促进幼儿身心发展的重要手段,其重要性不言而喻。然而,当前学前教育中幼儿体育活动的开展仍存在诸多不足,如活动内容单一、时间不足、师资力量薄弱以及安全保障不足等问题,这些问题严重制约了幼儿体育活动的有效实施,进而影响了幼儿的全面发展。本研究旨在探讨学前教育中幼儿体育活动的现状、不足及改进策略,通过文献综述和理论分析,概述了学前教育理论、幼儿身心发展理论和体育教育理论的基本框架,为后续研究提供了理论支撑。随后,从促进身体健康、提升心理品质、培养社交能力和激发运动兴趣四个方面,阐述了幼儿体育活动的重要作用。在此基础上,本研究深入分析了当前学前教育中幼儿体育活动存在的四大不足:活动内容单一、活动时间不足、师资力量薄弱和安全保障不足,并针对每个问题提出了具体的改进策略,包括丰富活动内容、保证活动时间与质量、加强师资队伍建设和完善安全保障措施。这些策略旨在指导幼儿园更好地开展体育活动,促进幼儿身心健康发展,为幼儿的全面发展奠定坚实基础。

Abstract
With the increasing emphasis on the comprehensive development of young children in society, preschool education, as a critical period for their growth, directly affects their physical and mental health and future development. In preschool education, physical activities are an important means of promoting the physical and mental development of young children, and their importance is self-evident. However, there are still many shortcomings in the current development of physical activities for young children in preschool education, such as single activity content, insufficient time, weak teaching staff, and inadequate safety guarantees. These problems seriously restrict the effective implementation of physical activities for young children, thereby affecting their comprehensive development. This study aims to explore the current situation, shortcomings, and improvement strategies of physical activities for young children in preschool education. Through literature review and theoretical analysis, the basic fr ameworks of preschool education theory, children's physical and mental development theory, and physical education theory are outlined, providing theoretical support for subsequent research. Subsequently, the important role of preschool physical activities was elaborated from four aspects: promoting physical health, enhancing psychological qualities, cultivating social skills, and stimulating interest in sports. On this basis, this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the four major deficiencies in current preschool physical education activities for young children: single activity content, insufficient activity time, weak teaching staff, and insufficient safety guarantee. Specific improvement strategies were proposed for each problem, including enriching activity content, ensuring activity time and quality, strengthening teacher team construction, and improving safety guarantee measures. These strategies aim to guide kindergartens to better carry out sports activities, promote the physical and mental health development of young children, and lay a solid foundation for their comprehensive development.
