小学教师专业发展的困境与对策研究

摘  要:随着教育改革的深入推进,小学教师专业发展成为提升基础教育质量的关键议题。本研究旨在探讨当前小学教师专业发展面临的困境,并提出针对性对策。通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,对300名小学教师进行数据采集与分析,发现教师在专业发展中普遍存在资源匮乏、培训形式单一及评价机制不完善等问题。研究结果表明,传统培训模式难以满足教师个性化需求,且缺乏对实践能力的有效培养。基于此,本文提出构建多元化的培训体系、优化评价机制以及加强校本研修等对策,以促进教师专业能力的全面提升。本研究创新性地引入了教师需求导向的分析框架,强调以教师为中心的设计理念,为相关政策制定提供了理论支持与实践参考,对推动小学教师专业发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the deepening of education reform, the professional development of primary school teachers has become a key issue to improve the quality of basic education. This study aims to explore the current dilemma facing the professional development of primary school teachers and propose targeted countermeasures. Through the combination of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, the data was collected and analyzed from 300 primary school teachers, and we found that there are many problems such as lack of resources, single training form and imperfect evaluation mechanism in their professional development. The results show that the traditional training model is difficult to meet the personalized needs of teachers and lacks effective cultivation of practical ability. Based on this, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of building a diversified training system, optimizing the evaluation mechanism and strengthening the school-based research and study, so as to promote the comprehensive improvement of teachers' professional ability. This study innovatively introduces the teacher demand-oriented analysis fr amework, emphasizes the teacher-centered design concept, provides theoretical support and practical reference for relevant policy making, and is of great significance to promoting the professional development of primary school teachers.
