员工参与决策对企业绩效的影响分析


摘  要:随着现代企业管理模式的不断演进,员工参与决策逐渐成为提升企业绩效的重要途径。本研究旨在探讨员工参与决策对企业绩效的影响机制,并分析其在不同情境下的作用效果。通过系统回顾相关理论与实证研究,本文采用问卷调查法收集了来自多个行业的样本数据,并运用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。研究结果表明,员工参与决策不仅能够显著提升企业的财务绩效,还能增强组织创新能力和员工的工作满意度。此外,领导支持和企业文化在这一过程中发挥了重要的调节作用。本研究的创新点在于将员工参与决策置于动态组织环境中进行考察,并揭示了其影响企业绩效的具体路径。这一发现为企业管理者优化决策机制提供了理论依据,同时丰富了员工参与决策的相关研究,为推动组织效能提升和员工发展提供了新的视角。

An Analysis of the Impact of Employee Involvement in Decision-Making on Firm Performance

Abstract:As modern enterprise management models continue to evolve, employee involvement in decision-making has gradually become an important approach to enhancing corporate performance. This study aims to explore the influence mechanism of employee involvement in decision-making on corporate performance and analyze its effectiveness under different contextual scenarios. By systematically reviewing relevant theories and empirical studies, this paper collected sample data from multiple industries through a questionnaire survey and analyzed the data using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that employee involvement in decision-making not only significantly improves financial performance but also enhances organizational innovation capabilities and employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, leadership support and corporate culture play crucial moderating roles in this process. The novelty of this study lies in examining employee involvement in decision-making within a dynamic organizational context and revealing the specific pathways through which it affects corporate performance. This finding provides theoretical guidance for managers to optimize decision-making mechanisms, enriches the research on employee involvement in decision-making, and offers new perspectives for promoting organizational efficiency and employee development.
